standard openings and closings were fine, but when it got complicated, they didn't want to help. The pool liner is now needing replacement only 3 years later.
Description of Work: Used this company to install a pool liner and within a year it pulled away from the copping. Didn't ask or address the copping that might have been in dubious condition. Serviced the pool--opening and closing only. Frequent rude remarks by Wan about our old pool equipment and critical of us personally for not knowing more about pools. Would never use again.

They left a piece of debris in between the liner and bottom of the pool. When they removed roots from under the pool they didn't re-smooth over the bottom before putting the liner in. I am not happy with how it looks. I called them regarding this issue and they were not willing to repair the situation.
Description of Work: They installed a new liner in my pool.

THEY WERE FAIR AS CONTRACTORS GO. I HAD TO PROMPT THEM A LOT IN ORDER TO HAVE THEM COME BACK. THE RAIN CAUSED THEM TO DELAY THEIR WORK. IT WASN'T A ONE DAY THING, IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A LINER TO MY POOL.
