Description of Work: I called Orkin (call center and Albany office) seveal times over a week to arrange for service for a wildlife and pest problem. First, the wildlife fellow was away at a meeting, the office manager would ahve him cll. Then he was just back for vacation and will call. nd so on. In fact, no one ever called.

Description of Work: I use Orkin Pest Control for pest control and exterminating. They come every two months. The last time I used them was last month. They spray in for carpenter ants.

+ -1 moreI'M SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY'RE PERFORMING. THE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT ARE VERY POLITE AND CONSIDERATE. I FELT THEIR PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH BUT I HAD NOTHING TO COMPARE THEM BY. THAT'S JUST MY OPINION.
