We used Marion DeSantis as our real estate agent for the sale of our house in Guilderland, NY in 2016. We first reached out to her in mid-2015 when the prospect of an out-of-state relocation looked like a possibility, and Marion was known to be one of the most productive realtors in Guilderland. In December 2015, when our relocation plans firmed up, we retained Marion as the realtor for our sale. Starting in earnest in February, Marion was with us every point in the process. Marion sold our house within 10 days of putting it on the Market and then worked tirelessly to find us our next home. She did it within two weeks! We had our house on the Market in 2014 and during the 6 months it was listed we had a grand total of three showings and no offers. We were deeply disappointed in the lack of hands-on service from that previous Real Estate agent. We always knew that Marion would be our agent if we ever put our house on the market. We had been friends and neighbors, but we had also kept in touch with her success as a real estate agent. Marion advised us on how to make our house more attractive, she took wonderful photos of the interior rooms and acted as a go between between us and the eventual buyers. It is partly due to Marion's drive that there were multiple bids on the house and that our house sold in less than a week.

Marion was always available to answer my many questions. When we couldn't get to her she came to us. She had shown us a house that was not suitable for us. Due to a disability we needed a ranch style house. And the house we wanted was close to our daughter's house. Marion recognized our need for a ranch and our need to be near our daughter. She guided us thru the whole process, giving us lists of inspectors, contractors etc as we were not from this area. She was knowledgeable of the market prices and when the bank did the appraisal she was there to advise us. I never want to move again, but if I had to, Marion would be the first call I make.

Marion worked with us to find the right home , we looked at a few and are happy to say we found a really solid home in our price range and marion made the whole selling and purchasing our new home a smooth transition. We are very pleased and will call her on any future realestate deals
