+ -1 moreServices and construction were done in a timely and professional manner. Vice President periodically checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. By far the best price among the area pool builders. Would recommend them to anyone considering a pool.

+ -1 moreThis company is unreliable. I would advise consumers to go somewhere else. It seems once they get your money your on your own.
Description of Work: we hired cypress to put in a new liner in our in-ground pool and remove the stairs hanging from the the side of the pool and replace it with steps inside of the pool at the shallow end of the pool under the liner. They ordered the special liner and built wooden steps to go in the corner under the liner. I was told I needed special railings by the steps for safety, I said ok, everything worked out until they installed the railings. They screwed it to the deck, well the next day one of the railings fell off. I called them back and they tried to basely tell me to try to live with it, because they were very busy. After a unpleasant talk, they said they will send someone back. About a week later someone came down and fooled around with both railings. After a lot of grumbling he said, I can"t figure this thing out. He left, never to be seen again. I called and got the runaround, I finally gave up. Anyone need pool railings?
