Description of Work: Needed a cable to hook up a hard drive on a computer donated to a local nonprofit. Not only did the technician give me the cable for free but he hooked it up gratis.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE AVERAGE BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T VERY TIMELY. THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO FIX IT. THEY WEREN'T ON TOP OF THINGS. THE SERVICE PROVIDERS WERE AVERAGE, THEY WEREN'T VERY EXCEPTIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE INTERNAL MEMORY BOARD.
