COMFORTEX

The window treatments were perfect and great quality. The first installer was great. He was to come back the next day since the patio door treatment had a piece broken. He was going on vacation the next afternoon. He was to call me back after. 6 pm to confirm the appointment the next day. I finally got ahold of him the next day. His dad was ill and the company was to call me to reschedule. This was acceptable. However the company did not call. I finally had to call the company and they did not know what they were going to do and would call me back. They did call back and could not come until the following week. The new installer came and was surprised to fine the header for the treatment was not installed. He told us he did not know how long the appointment was. We said he could stay as long as needed. He got his stud finder out and it did not work. He then wanted to put holes in the wall to find the studs. I let him use our stud finder. Then he did not have the correct screws and had to go to the hardware store to buy them. He installed the header. When he tried to put the treatment up, the handle was on the wrong side. He said the factory could fix it and he could come back on Friday and the factory would call us to confirm the appointment. When no one called for the Friday appointment, I went to the store and they were to busy to know what was going on. Finally someone called and it would be another few days before they could send the installer. The installer came and again did not have the screws he needed. He went to the factory to get screws. The installer came back. This time He asked if we wanted the side coverings put on the header. He said most people don't want them. He said if we did want them on later we could hire a handy man to install them. We said we did want them on. He could not get them on since he did not have a hammer. We gave him a hammer to use and he was able to install them. The problem with this company is they don't care about their customers and especially don't care about the service they provide. II would never use or recommend them again.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD BLINDS. I WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY'RE EXCELLENT SHADES AND QUALITY MADE. THE PRICE WAS OKAY.
