Description of Work: I had a significant black mold issue in my attic due to a bathroom vent pipe that unknowingly separated at some point in the past. Matt and his Team invested 3 days in spraying and removing the mold plus all the damaged insulation. They spray foamed the gables to remove a heat source for the mold and adjusted all the insulation to ensure the soffits worked effectively all in an effort to eliminate the climate that grows mold. | |Matt kept me informed of all his issues and progress and made sure that any inconvenience we incurred was as limited as possible. I would gladly recommend Cleanbright for any of my friends and I would utilize them again should the need ever arise. The attic had been very heavy with mold, but after Matt and his brother Mike were done, the attic had no mold at all and the wood looked as clean as could be. They improved the venting, the cause of the problem, by fixing the roof vent attachment and clearing the soffits of insulation. They even removed our storage boxes from the attic and carried them to our garage. They were courteous and professional, worked diligently and left everything clean. We are extremely happy with their work.
Description of Work: The provider removed all the mold in my attic, fixed attachment of vent tube to roof vent, and pulled insulation away from soffts.
