The two men worked very hard throughout the entire day, and frequently checked with me for feedback. It was a not an easy job, but they did it, and did it well!

They were quick and thorough and the result was even better than I expected. They were very busy but J. was able to schedule the visit in a timely fashion. J. and his crew arrived as planned and they did an excellent job.

Chameleon did a phenomenal job and we would hire then again! The only problem we encountered was scheduling the appointment. It took over a month.

At first I was concerned that, because the company was based in Latham and we live in Albany, services would not be timely. But we have used this company for the last two or three years, and they always arrive on time. They do their work after some snow has accumulated but before the storm is over (if it is large) which can lead to multiple billings for the same storm. We had some specific requests (not piling snow against the house as water leaks into the basement when the snow melts). They always complied with our requests even though it meant some additional work.

Didn't arrive on time. Phoned him, because I had to leave for an appt. When I returned an hour or so later, they were here. Told me he was here right after I left. Didn't believe it. Then, they left earlier than the time I paid for. Also, extremely high priced for other services such as snow plowing (contracts).

Efficient, friendly and did a very good job.

It didn't. I ended up hiring someone else!

Four guys raked the yard...but naturally not a 'clean' as i normally would have.

Little difficult To make contact and set a date because this was a Living Social Deal. Once set up the three did an excellent job in just under 2 hours and purposely did not start until they knew my grandson would be done napping. (very accommodating) I rated the price a B, only because I saw others on Angie's list paid $119 for a Spring cleanup so it was not the 50% advertised. But they did such a good job, we are considering them for the season.

The guys were great. Friendly, courteous, professional. The job took a while because there were so many plants that they had to work around, but I had been upfront abt that when we initially talked abt the job. I was very pleased with their work.

.Chameleon arrived at the agreed upon time. Before spreading the mulch the crew removed leaves and other debris from the beds. Upon completion we decided to purchase another cubic yard to thicken the base. We purchased the mulch at a very reasonable price. We would certainly hire Chameleon again.

Once they came, they did a great job of spreading all the mulch and the extra order we wanted. Great clean up job in driveway and sidewalks. He is one coordinating other jobs with his contacts.

This was the biggest waste of time and worst hassle I have experienced in a long time! On your website it asked me to pick 3 dates of service for Chameleon to come out and do the spring clean up. I provided the 3 dates which were in April and early May. I was not contacted about these dates until 4/11 when I received a generic email telling me to contact them. I responded to their email on 4/14 with a detailed message of what I wanted done and what days worked for me and I did not get a return response for several weeks. When I did get a phone call and called back I had to leave a message. I was finally able to schedule directly with this service and the soonest appointment they could give me was 5/19. They proceeded to cancel and would not reschedule until 5/23. When they came out on 5/23 they told me they could not do any of the jobs I needed (they were there for less than 5 minutes). They did not have an edger on their truck and our yard "did not look like it needed much (in the way of a spring clean up)." While he was standing talking to me, Jay told me he did see my email and that I had in fact asked for our yard to be edged. I am upset they didn't they call me 6 weeks ago when I sent the email telling me that they did not or would not provide that service. This whole process has been a fiasco. Now I am going to have to wait another month for another company to do the work I wanted done 2 months ago! This is the first time I have tried your big deals and this experience is a horrible representation of Angie's List. The only decent thing was Jay said he would put in for a credit for our $119 spring clean up. He was not apologetic for not being able to do anything for us and I would never use his company again. They should not have an A rating on Angie's List. It makes me really question your reviews if a company this unprofessional can have an A.

We have been exchanging emails since 3/29/2014 trying to get this scheduled. We tried a few different times to get it scheduled, but with all of the rain, the machine that they use is too heavy to be put onto the lawn with the grass being to soft. We just went ahead and completed the service ourselves.

My lawn looks beautiful!! A great job was done. Very friendly and professional!

They were very focused and helpful. Lawn was raked, leaves blown and collected. Extra money was for a bit further clean up after time ran out. It was great that all debris was removed ! The only thing I would tell consumers is to find out when your time will run out. Four hours applies when there are two people but that quickly changes when there are four people do the job. I was very satisfied.

I purchased a big deal for 4 hours of spring clean up. Scheduling the service was haphazard, primarily due to weather and then he admitted he was overbooked. But then he called and said they could be here shortly. And they were. The work was done professionally and I'm pleased with the result. The work took longer than the four hours for one man that I purchased - it was two hours for 4 men - but that's the size of the project and I felt the additional fee was fair. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

They arrived when they said they would , four guys worked steadily to complete the job. I had purchased an Angie's list deal and only wanted the specified time; they actually worked for a bit over that to finish up and did not charge extra. Jay was very professional. They did an excellent job.

IT DIDN"t THERE ARE NO DETAILS TO REPORT AND FRANKLY, (again), I HATE THIS SYSTEM OF ETERNAL REPORTING....

Company insists they came out and did 6 hours of yard work. I asked them to call me before they came so I could explain the work I needed done. They did call and left voice mail (did not speak to them) before but I was not home and they came anyway. I called to dispute the fact that no work was done. He offered to do additional work but I declined. Getting refund from Angie's List.

It went great. The guys worked hard the whole time they were here, gave me a little extra time because Jay had to answer some phone calls. They were friendly and professional and the yard looks great. I discussed future mowing and snowblowing services with Jay and a garden project I want to do.... will definitely keep in touch with them!

HE INSPECTED MY PROPERTY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF $300 - $350. FINAL BILL WAS $464. WORK WAS GOOD BUT THAT'S A 32% MARK UP. NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE DUMPING FEE AND TAX IN ESTIMATE. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

They do a good job of removal during each snow storm, then keep returning if snow continues to fall.. Unlike my previous, more expensive service which used a snow plow, Chameleon uses a snow blower on my driveway and sidewalk to avoid any damage. The only complaint is once in a while they come by later than I would like. Overall, I definitely recommend Chameleon for snow removal services.

I hired them on late in the winter due to an unexpected move. They've been working unsupervised, they come to the house clean snow, send me a bill, easy as pie, the realtor has said they've been doing and excellent job.
