They do the lawn and yard work every year. I don't know if they came in the past week. They come whenever the lawn needs it. I have a contract with them throughout the whole season, the whole growing season.

The cost was misleading in the ad. Assumption was that there would be two hours of weeding no matter who came. There are still a lot of weeds around the pool now. We only budgeted for $95 not $190.

Arrived on time. Very professional and very well done. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

The quality of workmanship was good but not great. Beds could have been raked better and workers could have raked better where they blew out beds. Also, the cleanup did not occur in the time frame I was given and I had to call to see when they would be coming to do it. When the job was completed and I eventually received the invoice, I found the estimate was misleading for the following reason: The cleanup took approximately one and one-half hours; the estimate had noted "quantity 4" (which I interpreted as meaning the job was estimated to take 4 hours) @ $55 per "quantity". When I emailed Chameleon to question the invoice, initially the owner was polite and explained that "quantity" actually refers to number of men undertaking the job. I wrote back that I felt his estimate was misleading and that since the job only took 1 1/2 hours, I should only have to pay $110 plus tax. The owner wrote back again and I was shocked at his unprofessionalism -- he was defensive and accused me of complaining so that Chameleon would discount my bill!! My purpose in writing this review is so that consumers will question estimates more fully.

The end product was great. Totally worth it!

I tried to contact them three times for snow removal and I never heard anything from them.

Very responsive-----they arrived as agreed, did the job quickly and efficiently. We did go over the amount of the initial deal, but it took longer and used more mulch than specified in the deal. I knew that was a possibility upfront, so it was not a problem. I hired them subsequently to do an even bigger trimming, weeding and mulching job on another part of our property. We have discussed additional work in the Spring. They even stopped by a few days afterward to make sure we were pleased.

The workers weeded and blew leaves out of the garden. They did some trimming. They did it in a very quick and professional way. When they left it was cleaner than when they came in.

They did a great job. I hired them to do more work. I'm very happy with them. Very good price. I would probably hire them in the future to do some more landscaping work. Really pleased. So far we have been very lucky with Angie's List.

Everything went great! They answered the phone when I called to get a quote and came out quickly to look at the job. We received a few different estimates and decided to go with Chameleon even though it was not the lowest. They came out and completed the job just as requested. The staff was professional and friendly. I will be hiring them to do some more work soon!

I was given a fair quote and the service was performed the same day! Customer service was spectacular, all of my questions were answered, and the service was quick and complete. I will certainly be Contacting them again in the near future for more extensive work.

It went so much better than I expected. My wife has family in the landscaping business and I would use chameleon every single time. They took their time they were meticulous. The results were so much better than I ever had done before and so much better than expected. I usually get a call from my wife complaining about the work I get done. I did get a call from her this time as well but this time she was thrilled and extremely impressed. Of all the lawns in my neighborhood I would say the year end work I had done looks the best. And I can't wait for the season change to really see the improved landscaping at my home.

They were very professional and efficient. It only took them an hour and forty-five minutes to get the job done which it usually takes other companies an entire day to do the job. They had beautiful equipment and they were clean and in uniforms. I was very impressed.

Jay fit me into a busy schedule almost immediately. Came when stated, did the seeding, etc, and set up an automatic watering system so the lawn would take hold. Even purchased the hose and tripod for me. Very satisfied.

It went very well, the yard looks very nice, they did an excellent job under the bushes and the lawn. They worked quickly they spent a little more than two hours working very hard. I was very happy to get this work done.

This hard winter did a number on my roof and I had a terrible ice dam problem. I sent an e-mail to Chameleon Property Services to inquire about ice dam removal. They were immediately responsive. I heard from them shortly after I submitted the e-mail and they were able to fit me in the very next day. They completed the job while I was away at work. When I got home, I saw that they had done a SUPERB job. They were also very reasonably priced. I know this because I did an investigation of prices online and found that Chameleon charged roughly half of what others were charging. If you need ice dam removal in Albany or surrounding areas, this is the company to go with.

I contacted Chameleon Properties when we were out of town and there was a significant snowfall that made it difficult for our pet sitter to access our home. When I first called I was told that they were already booked for the season with regular customers, but they were willing to do a one-time clear out for us. They were able to do the job reasonably quickly, on the day after the snowfall. They were professional and accommodating throughout the process.

This company showed up on time and did a great job with the mulch.? I would recommend this company to others as well as use them again in the future.

While the work was done well, the estimate was low, by 1/3. Contractor claimed to not know that they would have to pay for the disposal of the refuse from my yard, and added that cost after the job was done, leaving me no recourse since it was not in the estimate at the outset. 33% was a significant low balling of the estimate. I would not use his service again.

In a word, I feel this provider offered value. I think I not only got my money's worth of work, but I got what I wanted from the service. And, I think this was not just by accident because both the owner and the employees were careful to ask me exactly what I wanted to be the end result of the work and I fully understood what it would cost. They were professional at all times and also friendly and courteous. They showed me that they care about the work they provide and care about making me a happy, satisfied customer. I like the way I am able to parse the jobs I want done in the yard into projects. The owner spent quite a bit of time with me going over my concerns with my yard before they even began the current project. I was provided a written estimate of the work and price involved in the current project which was as he had explained it to me when we had our discussions. The company has both liability insurance and workman's comp and I was able to see the current documentation of this coverage when I asked.
