Absolute Pest Control

Description of Work: Based on the reviews here, I contacted APC for help in dealing with a problem with carpenter ants in our condo building. My call was answered promptly and I explained that it was not only my unit but probably the entire building that needed to be checked out. An appointment was set for a few days later and the service tech Lisa showed up on time. She was surprised to learn that it was a condo building and that we needed help for the entire building (was this not shared with her?). She looked all around the building and said that she would need to check back with the office to prepare a bid...fair enough, this could potentially be a big job. I gave her my cell phone number and email address and we agreed that she would be back in touch with me. I never heard another word from her or the company. For this reason, I will not be using this company.

Description of Work: Had squirrel in attic. Set up cage and removed him/her the following day. Prior to this they performed exclusion services to areas of entrance. They will complete remaining areas of entry points around the rest of the house. Should be completed week of 3/14/12. there will be an additional charge for this.

Description of Work: We had cicada killer wasps around the pool. Atfer one application so far, no bees.
