Description of Work: Set traps for mice in basement. Will come back in two weeks to follow. I did not rate the quality of the service until I'm sure the problem has been solved.

Description of Work: They assessed our property and offered an initial and organic option treatment on the exterior of the house. They were extremely honest and forthright about their findings to include recommending what NOT to do. They were not pushy, they were accommodating, sensitive to children on premise, and fair on billing.

Description of Work: We were concerned about wasps in the eaves of our house and around deck--especially since a son with a bee allergy was coming to visit. Service was prompt and efficient. The person pleasantly explained what he was doing and went on explain how effort is made not to eliminate beneficial insects. No problems since.

Description of Work: Inspection, mouse-poisoning, still to do: seal up job on the house. |Professionals were very thorough, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I've worked with several people when I called in - one gave me an appointment but never put it in the calendar. When I called up about it the receptionist I spoke to was upset at the mistake and couldn't reschedule me as quickly as we both wanted -but when there was a cancellation, I got a call so service was only delayed 24hrs. Will update my review after the seal up work is completed.

Description of Work: We had evidence of a rodent burrowing under our out-building, and nesting inside. They sent Sue to look at the situation and she was very good in listening to our concerns about not wanting to use poisons if we didn't have to since we have a dog that goes into the garden. Not knowing what it was, we agreed to start with traps and a 5-visit program. Sue came and checked the traps about every other day over a 2 week period, even while we were away. Luckily only one rat was caught and then the problem seemed to be dealt with. I liked their email updates that came after each visit to update us on what if any traps had caught anything.

Description of Work: The visit was excellent! The technician inspected the house for possible bee, hornet and wasp nests in/on the exterior walls of the house, then sprayed the perimeter to eliminate the pests and deter future re-establishment of the nests. Exactly what I was seeking.
