The power washing was a straightforward success. The soft roof washing took a little more elbow grease. Just to provide context, we had more than a decade's worth of heavy moss growth developed beneath the shadow of many mature trees. It took three separate treatments (spread over a few months) before Jim and his crew were able to fully rid our roof of the menacing moss. Despite the extra effort, Jim stuck to his original quote of $400 for the roof cleaning. He was determined to get the job done right (he had me check back with him a few weeks after each treatment to check on its progress, and followed up with additional treatments as needed.)

I was extremely pleased with how fast they came out to the house! I didn't have a very big window of time because I just purchased the home and needed the roof cleaned for my insurance company. On top of that, I had to wait for the tree service to cut the branches off my roof- and they were 2 weeks late!!! They came right to the house for an estimate and did the work that week! They were also the only company that could guarantee they would replace any damaged plants in the process if something happened. Everyone I saw claimed were not responsible. I was happy nothing was damaged :) they were pleasant and very reliable! Would definitely recommend!

The provider came to the house for an estimate as scheduled,and explained what would be done to clean the the house and roof. He went through the process for the roof and explained how long it would take for the shingles to come back to their original color.The house and gutters were power washed,and both looked like new when done.The crew arrived on time and went to work,not stopping until they were done.We were very pleased with the quality of the work,and will do business with the company again.

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. Our roof isn't old (maybe 8-10 years old), but it tends to get dirty fast since we live under some big pine and maple trees. The service this company provides is perfect for making your roof look like new, without using abrasive chemicals. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

After a bad ice storm a few years ago, our living room started to take on water. The rain from the roof had frozen over the gutters, and the ice was melting over the edge and through the soffit. It was a HUGE mess. I called up Jim, and he arrived shortly after to remove the snow and ice that was causing the problem. After spending several hours chiseling the ice from the roof, he gave me some very helpful tips on how to avoid that buildup in the future. The living room dried out and we haven't had any problems since. I would highly recommend A Fuller Service and will use them again for anything roof-related.

They came out, gave me an estimate for cleaning my roof and powerwashing my house. In comparison to the prices paid by others in my neighborhood, the price was fair. He also arranged for someone to come out and paint my deck. All of the work was performed on time, done well, and looked great. Next time I need to do this, I will be happy to hire him again.

I called and a representative arrived the next day. He explained the service they provide and agreed on a price and date of service.The date of the service arrived and the crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. They did their jobs without disturbing either the lawn or shrubbery. It took about two hours, afterward we examined the house and it was as if it had been re-sided. It looked beautiful. There is a four year guarantee. I am very happy with the service provided.

When Jim came out to give us an estimate we discussed some specific items we'd like done and some concerns we had. We have a vinyl deck that was damaged a few years back by another company when it was pressure washed. After we had told the owner/estimater specifically that they couldn't run the hoses over the railings they did it anyway as the person who did the job either wasn't told or didn't care. The vinyl coating was burned off by the friction of the hose being dragged across it and our white railing was now black from the hose rubber being burned into it. The rail had to be replaced at our expense but we were not charged by the other company for the pressure wash. After hearing this the owner told us that he would come to our house and lead the team that would do the cleaning which we were thrilled about. We had the roof cleaned with a chemical to get rid of the mildew and it came out awesome as did the house and vinyl deck. I however was absolutely thrilled that my gutters were white again with no more black streaks!!! Was glad not to be spending hours trying to pressure wash the deck myself as I normally do. They did a fantastic job and took great care protecting the landscaping that we have all around the house. A small amount of damage was done to one set of shrubs we had but nothing that didn't grow out quickly and was really small in the big scheme of all work performed. Would absolutely use again! A few of my neighbors asked about our experience and they wound up hiring the company to pressure wash their houses too. Very friendly and efficient - highly recommend!!

The had previously given us an estimate, and explained what they were going to do. They showed up ready to work, and got right to it after introducing themselves. They tied heavy plastic bags on the drain spouts to catch the run off. They proceeded to clean the roof and the siding of the ugly, dirty mold, lichen and algae. They worked straight through, about 1 1/2 hours. They gave special attention to the lichen build-up on one spot on the roof, going over it several times. When they finished the washing they rinsed off any plants that may have come in contact with the cleaning materials. They cleaned the windows and glass on the dooor that might have gotten splattered during the cleaning. They cleaned the area upon completion of the job. They did exactly what they said they would do, in the time frame they told us. The roof and siding now look brand new! We were extremely pleased on the job they did and their professionalism, and would definitely recommend them.
