Description of Work: Someone came by to complete an estimate. I never heard back from them afterwards. My phone calls were ignored.

From all of us at Tri County, we are genuinely apologetic that you feel we did not respond to your request in an appropriate manner. If I remember correctly, and you are the person I recall, we spoke once over the phone at which time you provided the address for which you would like us to provide an estimate for work to be done. After our brief conversation, I visited your home and compiled an estimate for the work that you requested. Following the preparing of our estimate, I came back to your home on two separate occasions in an attempt to speak with in person and go over the estimate. On both occasions, no one was home to answer the door and considering that I did not have your last name or contact information, other than the address of your home, I had no other way to contact you. At Tri County, we pride ourselves on a timely response to all requests and I encourage you to contact me at tricountybuilding@comcast.net with full contact information, at which time we would happily arrange for a mutually agreeable time at which discuss the estimate in person or over the phone. Again, please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience you have experienced and I look forward to the opportunity to rectify the situation and work together to meet all of your home renovation needs.
