Christian canceled 2 appointments with me and,was supposed to call for a 3rd appt but,never did.

Christian arrived this morning right on time. He was gracious with his time and suggested some cheaper alternatives to the service he provides. I was very impressed with him and would definitely call him in the future. Emmett

Very professional throughout the process. Initial visit and estimate were promptly scheduled/delivered. Coordination of start of work was smooth. Team that executed the project maintained a clean work area, was mindful of dust control throughout the house and cleaned up thoroughly when complete. I have no opinion about the price because frankly, I didn't shop it around. I was very pleased with the result

It was refreshing to have an appointment which was punctual, comprehensive, and an honest discussion that work wasn't required.

Our meeting went well. We called around 9pm the night before and Christian showed up right on time before 8am the next morning. He stayed with us for about 90 minutes and answered all of our questions very patiently. He explained that the french drain that we had already installed in our house (20+ years ago) was no longer functioning properly and likely needed to be replaced. That, along with some slight efflorescence on the floor and scaling on the walls, indicated that we needed to take action. Christian explained that his drain system would resolve all of the issues we were facing and would keep our basement dry in the future. The work is scheduled for next week. The work went very smoothly. Christian and his team finished the job in about 1.5 days and just had to come back another day to patch a crack in the wall. They tarped everything off to contain the dust as must as possible which was great. and they even rehooked up the laundry machines and utility sink when they were finished and the new concrete was cured. It has now been about two months since this service and Christian has still been involved. Last week we noticed a few hairline cracks along the edge between the old concrete and new and he came to check them out. Overall, this company has remained professional, courteous, prompt, and above-and-beyond helpful through the whole process. Although we spent more than we originally intended (since it was a more serious problem than anticipated) I am confident it will be a great investment.

It was easy to schedule a free home estimate and the appointment was made quickly. A full analysis was provided for our existing water proofing system for which we're not entirely happy with. Christian suggested a new system and thoroughly explained the how and why of what was proposed. There was no pushy sales pitch, which is generally standard with waterproofing contractors. The quote for the work was reasonable and we'll go through with it at some point depending on availability of money and severity of the existing issues.

Christian, the owner, was the contact point man all the way through the job. He is courteous, professional and attentive. He clearly explained the details of the job, including the materials to be used, from beginning to end. He and his team were punctual and completed the job on time. There were some issues that they ran into as they began the work, and Christian called immediately to apprise us of the problem and how they would proceed. The job was neatly done and everything was cleaned up after them. I called Christian with questions before, during and after the job, and every time, he graciously spent time with me addressing every concern or question. We were impressed by Christian's concern for the welfare of his workers. The original day the job was scheduled turned out to be one of the days that the temps were around zero and wind chill was below zero. Christian called me to ask if we could reschedule because he wanted to avoid having his men going in and out of the cold all day in their shirtsleeves, Of course we agreed. It's nice to see someone treat their employees with respect! So overall, it was a great experience to work with Sundahl Restoration. We have already recommended him to our next door neighbor and, oh yes, his price was the best of four estimates that we received!

He never came out. He was suppose to reschedule twice and the day he was suppose to come out he never showed up, something serious with his father happened and then it was never scheduled after that. He was very nice. He did call me and I understood when he told me why.

Christian responded right away and came to look at our basement to give us a detailed explanation of the services would be provided. Who took the time to explain all the details about things deletion of the drains and how he would do it and how long it would take for him to get the whole project done. He never pressured to decide on doing this job with him, which was a great thing. We've been keeping touch with him and is he is monitoring how the system is working; he is coming back this week to fine-tune one of the parts of the project. Overall a great experience.

The provider thoroughly inspected our basement for leaks and recommended a french drain system. Fortunately, the need is not immediate.

The work was done in two days. Everything went well and the basement has been dry through a few rainstorms which would have caused standing water to collect in the past.

It was a Big Deal purchase. He came and all but we haven't done it yet because we can't afford for what he said. We haven't done it but I was very satisfied with the young man that did come. He gave me his card and when we have enough money, we'll do it; it's a big job. He stayed over an hour and we didn't have to pay him anything for his coming over and he explained things. We spent $5000 three years ago and now we're having trouble and he would guarantee it for 15 years. I'm definitely going to take him when I need him. It's pretty bad. We have it all around the baseboard and we had to put in one kind of pump outside and he said it was the incorrect pump. He told us how to wash down the mold. My son is young and he still doesn't have a lot of money but I took his card and we'll definitely use him.

The provider is very experienced and knowledgeable. He recommended me a couple of solutions to minor problems but didn't try to blow them out of proportions. I definitely would use him in the future.

The gentleman was very thorough in checking for dampness in the basement. He did recommend a rather extensive drain system with sump pumps, but I was not prepared to take on the project at the time. The technician was very professional and complete in laying out what he thought the project would entail.

Everything went well and its been over a month and the basement is dry as a bone. Christian was great to work with, and they did very good work.

It took about 3 days to do some demo work, waterproof the basement and add in the sump pumps. It rained this past week and for the first time- no water in the basement! The pumps are not loud at all, you could hardy hear them on, but I knew they worked when the floor wasn't wet. Christian and his team were on time and he would call me each day to let me know of progress. If you have water in your basement- call Christian!

It went well. The cost for the work is Hugh. Biut it's a big job according to the rep. And it comes with a warranty for life.

He arrived promptly and was very professional. He was thorough in looking at all the things we noticed. He pointed out ways we could continue to monitor the pressure for any signs of distress. He was honest in telling us the mistakes that were made by the previous company, and honest in telling us that if we hired him to fix it, it would void our existing warranty. He also guided us in getting the company to repair the work that was previously done improperly, which worked out great! We got them to come down, explained what our second opinion had said, and we were able to get it fixed. We are very grateful for his honesty and would recommend him.

I purchased the deal and I got an email from him. I emailed him to try and set up a time and I never heard back from him. I called him back in February and he said he was on vacation and he explained he would take care of this. I explained that the deal was about to expire and he said don't worry about that we will get it done. I am just very disappointed that he never got back to me.

The service worked out pretty well. I haven't taken advantage of the commentary yet, but it was good. I did not pay anything over the $49 of the big deal. He was very gracious, and he did what he could, and as quickly as he could.

The provider did the inspection and told me that he would mail me the results of the inspection but never did.

Neither solved the problem but I was comfortable I did not have a foundation issue.

Christian Sundahl said it would take two days and he was right on. He was at the job supervising 5 guys the entire time. It was a lot of work hauling out concrete rubbish and bringing down rock to the basement.

Christian did a very thorough inspection and provided a very informative written report with recommendations. We haven't done any of the work he suggested, but will probably do at least some of it in the near future. It took awhile to schedule the appointment, but he did a great job once he made it.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and there were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate of the Big Deal. However, there would have been additional costs should I have hired him for the additional work. That price he quoted for the work needed did seem to be pretty high. He was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable. He showed up when he was supposed to and was very responsive.
