Description of Work: They did not bring the correct water heater that originally they told me they would be installing. The work itself seems to be okay. They also worked on my boiler. When I tried to contract them for a smaller job, I never heard back from them.

Description of Work: Jackson Plumbers are our go-to resource to maintain our finicky steam boiler. They are very knowledgable about old houses, plumbing and steam heat. We looked long and hard to find them and couldn't be happier. They provide both wise counsel and affordable repairs and are always terrific!

+ 1 moreThe firm is a family business and two of the brothers arrived at exactly the time promised, fixed the problem, and made recommendations. We have used them for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They are extremely professional and competent. They have repaired plumbing and heating issues including installing a new gas heater and water heater.
