WNY Lawn & Landscape

It did not go well. I have been with this company for over 12 years. There was new ownership a few years ago. In weed whacking around my property, they ruined two pieces of my siding and took a chunk out of my shed. I have tried for two years to get the new owner to replace the siding. He has ignored me all of this time. Finally as a way out, he accused me of being aggressive and verbally threatening to him and his employees, and he terminated my contract. He knows fully well this is not true and his attack on me was vicious , untrue and hurtful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their moral integrity leaves a lot to be desired.

Most of the job was done well. But for the second year in a row, the team did some damage to ground cover - in fact they killed it. The first time I was willing to let it go, but the second time the owner blamed the weather. He was in no way willing to accept any responsibility, or do anything to repair it. I immediately cut off all the other services they do for me. I would not work with this provider again.

Contacted service on Sunday June 23rd. They said they would be out the following Monday or Tuesday to give me an estimate. Never called or showed up.

I do a monthly payment. They come about four to five times a month and each mowing is approximately $20. I looked them up in the yellow pages and one of the other lawn companies I used also recommended them.

WNY Lawn and Landscape has done other stuff for us like mulch one year, but usually it's just cutting the grass. He's courteous and prompt and I would also recommend him.
