They installed the posts but when it came to building the deck and installing the railing, the wood was not matched up in size, there was no measured cutting, there are big rusty nails sticking out of everywhere, the nails they used were not galvanized so when I try to pull them up, the head breaks off. Where the siding had to be cut to install a wooden support beam from the house onto the post, they left the siding off with my wall exposed. The owner would never come, and the door was not installed so we were not able to go up to the porch to look at it. The inspector would not approve the porch and the construction workers blamed me and the inspector. When I notified them that the nails were beginning to rust, they told me that nails were going to rust. I had to get another contractor pull out the railing and cut out a post so it would be even, and install the door. A month in a half after I kept trying to call them with no response; I get an email from them stating that they went back to the balcony and put nails all over in my deck, now I have about 20 nails on one board alone!

Tom Irish Construction didn't do a good job. In fact, they didn't do the job at all. They were over-booked, so he wasn't able to finish. Also he didn't even get the proper building permit from the city. Everything was just a bad experience with him.
