Professional & efficient. Started with a certified arborist coming out for inspection, and providing an estimate of work to be performed. Total cost was comparable to other estimates I had gotten. Prior to crew coming out, separate company came out to mark utility lines on lawn in the area of the tree work to be performed. A week to two weeks later, crew of 3 came and took down the very large ash tree, and hauled it off. Stump grinding was handled immediately afterwards.

They performed the work but did not cleanup well and damaged items in our yard. They did not grind the stumps and in the end the price charged was relatively on the high end. They cut through the cable service line to our home and it took us several days to restore our phone and internet service. They were not good with communications or follow up on these issues.

Excellent! They were on time, they were professional, they consulted me, they were exceptionally neat, they were careful of our property, and although our huge tree hung over our neighbor’s property, not a twig fell in their yard. They even had an arborist in the crew who gave good advice on black knot disease. They also negotiated their big equipment through our 4 foot gate into the back yard without a glitch. They even picked up one of my flower baskets which had blown into the garden from the high wind the night before and placed it back with the others! I could not be more pleased with this experience. I highly recommend this company.

The estimate was $1,615, which was much higher than two other estimates I received which were in the $900 range, but I chose Davey because of their reviews and they could do it within one week, whereas the others there was more than a month's wait and I wanted it done right away, as one of the dead trees was leaning onto another tree. I watched the whole job, where they carefully squeezed their bucket truck into the narrow driveway without damaging anything and did the entire job quickly and cleaned up well. They were very polite and professional.

Didn’t adequately communicate and refused to phone me to discus the project. This was so weird! I called and spoke on 2 different occasions to their receptionist and asked for a return answer. Didn’t ever call me back. Just let it lapse.

The crew arrived at approximately 12:30. They fired up the chainsaw by 12:45 and they were completed finished by 1:45. During this one-hour span, they cut down the tree, chipped all of the trunk and branches, ground the stump, removed the stump debris and raked up any shavings from the front lawn. I was extremely impressed with the speed, efficiency, tidiness and professionalism of the team.

After requesting a quote online, I received a message that my request was being forwarded to the local office. After a week I responded to see why I hadn't heard from them. They apologized and contacted me right away to schedule something. From there, everything went fine. I can't speak to how competitive their price was, because I was comfortable with the quote, and it was the only quote I got - after a month of requesting and waiting for quotes, this was the only company to follow through

Everything went without a hitch. I couldn't be happier. The team is very professional and fast. They took down the apple tree so fast and quietly, I never heard a thing. I highly recommend this team.

They’ve been fine. I’m happy and I will use them again. They were very professional and that’s what I liked. They were always available if I had questions or if we had problems. We had problems with the electric company and they were going to try to blame Davey or me for it. Davey was really good about it. Their price averages with everyone else. They were right there to help out.

My experience was fine. I would say it was acceptable. So, I've used them in the past for a number of year years. I have them come out and do some fertilizing. Actually, they were out here in the prior year and they pulled a truck in my driveway and smashed up my driveway so, they did it for free. They've always gotten back to me pretty quickly. H kept his appointment. He was very professional. They apologize for smashing up my driveway and gave me a free service, so I think they were very professional. I would use them in the future if the prices don't go up too high.

Wonderfully! I decided to treat myself with the clean-up and trimming. Expensive--but you get what you pay for. I have learned the hard way!
