Andrew came to clean and evaluate my furnace. He was the 3RD company I had take a look. He was professional, courteous, and did not make me feel like I was pressured to replace my current furnace. He said in time , but I have time. Explained how much, the various units available, and they could help work it out if I needed time to finance. They made it so easy. As soon as I decided I was going to replace it, I got scheduled the very next day! Wally and Chris,( I'm pretty sure that was their names) were prompt, equally as professional and courteous as Andrew. They were quick and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend this company to friends and family!

Very good job. I had another company quote me more just for my furnace. These guys did both the furnace and the AC for less! Pretty happy with everything.

Turns out the breaker switch in the basement was turned off, probably by a recent power outage in the area. Though I had checked this, apparently i did not totally move it into the on position.

Couldn’t be happier. I’m the owner of double with 2 separate furnaces. Last year one broke down and it was freezing. I called and the owner was on his way back to his office but turned around and came to my house. He was able to fix it without having to replace the whole furnace. Then last month, my other furnace broke down, again he came out the next day. It had to be replaced. He showed me where the problems were and that although it was fixable, it was almost as much as a new furnace. He did the work the next day, cleaned up afterwards, completed the form for the National Fuel rebate and followed up with a call a few weeks later to be sure everything was running well.
