+ -1 moreI explained the problem I was having to Bob and he diagnosed it immediately. The problem was a bad GFCI outlet that he said he could replace or I could do it myself. I opted to do it myself and the problem is now corrected. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and did not charge for the 5 minute visit or diagnosis.
