Neat Freaks Cleaning LLC

I did like them, but we were going through some things so I put them on hold. When I was ready to have someone come and clean the house I started looking, but I may give them a call. Their office system is very efficient. They send out a calendar by email and ask you to confirm via email. It is great for people who are really busy. The office staff are so nice and they schedule everything nicely. As a business they are run very well. They were usually here 3-4 hours. One person came to complete the work. She was great, really nice.

Well I'm not happy. She wiped the top of washer but didn't touch the dryer that was right next to it. She didn't do the few dishes that were in my sink so therefore my sink was not cleaned either. The floor on side of the stove not cleaned. There was a penny on the floor behind the toilet before the cleaning and the penny was still there after the cleaning so behind the toilet was not cleaned. There were cob webs left above window in the bedroom. There's a shelf on the wall in the living room that was not dusted. When she vacuumed she didn't move the table, that's on wheels, to vacuum. The main thing that we wanted taken care of which were the walls was not done and neither were the window ceils!!!!!! She only stayed 2 1/2 hours and to top it off before she left she asked for a cigarette and informed my daughter, through conversation while cleaning the living room, that she smoked 'weed'. The whole experience for my daughter was horrible and I'm not pleased at all so now I will be paying for someone else to go clean her apt. I used Magic Assistants before but went with Neat freaks because my daughter said they were a little cheaper well I guess you do get what you pay for huh!

The cleaner did a great job. The place smelled much better and we were able to put it on the market just a few days later. It would have taken me time off of work and a lot more effort that I would have been able to make.
