They were awesome. They came back when I didn't understand something about the pool heater and explained it to me and never charged. I was having trouble balancing the water and they walked me through it over the phone. They are incredible and totally a service oriented company! They are worth every penny!

They said what they were going to do and then the did what the said they were going to do. This seems to be a rare trait in service providers these days. Everything was exactly as promised. Their responsiveness is excellent. Their quality top notch.

We asked many suppliers for quotes to replace the waterline tile on our inground pool. Many companies came out to inspect the pool and never followed up with a quote. Those that did follow-up would not guarantee a completion date. Leisure Craft was prompt to responding to our request for a quote. They worked around my schedule to come out to inspect the pool and returned a quote the following day with a guaranteed completion date that we needed to have the pool open and ready to use for a holiday family gathering. They were not the least expensive, but their professionalism, responsiveness and guarantee is the reason we selected them. They did not let us down! Their workers were great. The tile looks awesome! Our old pool looks new again. Their quote even included an acid wash on the gunite and pool opening. They washed down the pool cover, folded it up neatly which made it easy for us to store for the summer. They tested the water and provided chemical recommendations. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We know for sure we will use them in the future when we're ready to re-do the concrete decking around the pool. Excellent!! Job was correctly laid out to maximize shed floor space while minimizing pool equipment footprint. Could not have asked for a better job!! Continue to use them to open and close our pool.

I had to call twice to get them to return and by this time the pump had a problem. They set up a time and day and then came a day early and I was not at home. According to the work order they left, they were here 11 minutes. The work order said they re-primed the system but did not fix the main drain and sent us a bill for $113.00. We had to call another company to get the work done.

On May 12th I called and spoke again with Corey. I indicated that the pool was open, and that I had encountered a second problem. The filter pump was tripping the circuit breaker, and would not remain running. I asked if he could come sooner than the following weeks appointment, and he said he would try to come by the end of the week (the 16th). He said he would call before coming out. During our discussion, he said he thought the problem was likely that the pump had simply frozen (even though I told him I had stored it inside my basement for the winter), and he would try turning the shaft by hand to get it going. I let him know that this was a new pump (2007), and in any case I thought the problem was with the automated Jandy system relay. We ended the call with him saying he would try to get to us by the end of the week. That same day I removed the pump, took it to a local dealer, and had it bench tested. It ran fine. I brought it back home, and after reinstalling it had the same circuit breaker problem. I put in a new breaker, with no change in result. I called the pool company (Leisure Craft Pools) left messages for Corey, including information about my efforts, and got no responses to any of my calls. I called again on the 16th or 17th, left messages, and got no response. You should know that I rewired my pool pump so that it would run directly off of an outside outlet, and it has run just fine. Unfortunately I still do not enjoy the ease of use that I had with the automated system. Anyway, on the 19th of May, the day of my initial appointment, no service. I called and was told that Corey would contact me. By May 23rd I still had not received a call, nor a service visit. I called, and got no response to my phone message. On May 30th I wrote to the company president, Mike Kohlhas and laid it all out again. I also stated that I would no longer be a customer of his. If you guessed that I got a response from the letter you would be mistaken. This company, in my opinion, should be avoided at all costs. Had I not had the ability to rewire my pump to run the pool I would be looking at a green mess instead of clean water. I suppose it's easy to run around and open pools in the Spring, or install equipment components, and get the fast bucks. When you have a technical problem it's clear that they are not equipped to handle the job. Find another company to do your work. I have contacted another local company, and because it was already 'high season' I could only get an appointment for service on June 12th. I will be sure to write an update on what I am hoping will be a better experience.

They were very good on the opening side of things. I was impressed with their dedication to the job and I would recommend them. They were friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions. The price was reasonable and the staff was very professional.

I asked for an estimate for a pool repair. I was quoted prices on different repairs. I asked for a second meeting and explained to their sales rep. that we wanted the work done, however some prices I thought were high. I discussed with them various other options that may lower cost. The sales rep. Laura said she would go back to her company and get back to me as to what may or may not be done. Laura never got back. After repeated calls to her, she still not even had the courtesy of a reply. I placed a call to the owner Mike and still no return call. I e-mailed them but still no response. I would not use this company based on how I was treated. All that was required was a return call stating that they were not interested in doing my job, but the response was ZERO. I could not get a return call from the sales manager or the owner.
