Called and left message. Call was promptly returned and we agreed upon a day and time to meet for an estimate ( 9:00 am March 6) NO SHOW, NO CALL.

Took 3 phone calls and Angie's List request before an appointment was made.

The job was very high quality. The crew was outstanding, knowledgeable, courteous . No complaints on workmanship. The price was reasonable. I did have 2 minor problems. The salesman Chuck was not very clear as to the start date. I waited several months. Also after the job was completed , I called the company and asked if they could send someone out to check what I thought might be a future problem. I was told Chuck would get back to me, which he never did. Seems they forget customers once a job is completed.

Lakeside Concrete did a great job! Every crew was excellent, with an experienced foreman to head the workers up. We have extremely difficult, unreasonable neighbors, and they handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. As a result, we got the driveway we wanted. I would recommend Lakeside Concrete to anyone, but in the close quarters of the City of Buffalo, they were amazing. Kudos to Chuck and the whole crew!

After three weeks, I still had not heard from them. I called their office, gave the receptionist the details, and asked if she could have someone call me to let me know when the work would begin. I waited one week, then I called again. I left my name, number and again asked for someone to get back to me on when the work would begin. Again, no one returned my call ( I left my home number and my cell phone number). So, I called a third time, again, one week later and left a message with the receptionist to please have someone call me. Now, on August 14th, I still have not heard from anyone there. I would not use them now, because if I did and there was a problem, I am sure I would never hear from them again.

They are incredible. I like the professionalism of the owners and the people at the company. The workers that come into the house are extremely respectful. They will answer every question and they will not do anything until I approve of what they are doing. I can tell that for them their customer is number one. If they need concrete work done that's the company they need to go to.

Chuck (the Owner) came and gave me an acceptable price, and his crew did a very professional job. They did what was agreed upon, and checked to make sure I was satisfied with how they were proceeding. I would HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Concrete to anyone, aytime, they need any concrete job done. If in the future, I need them again, I will definately have them do the job foe me.

They were very accommodating on the layout and shape. Large selection of colors. Showed up promptly in the morning. They were considerate of lawn/etc when removing debris and running heavy equipment.

They were extremely professional, made sure we got what we wanted. Very impressed with the quality of work.

I found Lakeside Concrete to be personable. I would refer them. I will use them again for my driveway. They completed the job in a timely manner. The final cost was what they said it would be. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.
