I called on three separate occasions and spoke with someone all three times and was assured that someone would be contacting me that day to set up an estimate. Of course I never heard back. I am a contractor and used to give out their info to clients in need of insulation work. This will naturally not be the case any more. Extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure how they can run a profitable business like that.

The crew showed up late, but only by about 20-25 minutes. They treated my home like a garbage dump; dragged fiberglass around our carpets; needed a screen removed to funnel their hose to the attic in order to blow in wood cellulose & left the screen out and the window completely open. They used 2 bathrooms and left black hand marks on my pale blue bath towels, toilet seats up and urine on the floor. They never left open the area i needed clear for storage; never told me they would be cutting a new hole in our roof (we had a new roof installed on 8/11/15) just 8 days before they arrived and were dirty workers; leaving a mess behind. They also pulled nails out of the areas where I had things hanging in the attic (garment bags, curtins, etc) and never replaced them. One of the crew came in my kitchen to help himself to second and third donuts (I had already offered donuts to them when i arrived home & took the boxes in to my house guests) with filthy hands, picking through them. Another crew member went in another part of my house to plug in his phone to charge it. Before departing they insisted I fill out a evaluation card, rather than leaving it with me to send in, it was done in a very intimidating manner. I was distraught. They were awful, filthy,intimidating and I would never recommend them for anything. I used pure bleach and cleaned every doorknob and stair rail; cleaned the bathrooms; vacumed the carpets and washed the floors and went over every inch on my hand and knees with duck tape to pull fiberglass threads out of our carpets and floors. it was a mess!

I Contracted this company to do insulation for my attic. He damaged my property, placed holes ceilings, couple of doors, walls, didn’t adequately cover my property allowing the debris to be all over my home. A couple of weeks latter I discoverer the remaining debris left in my garbage cans outside my home. When I reached out to the service provider to discuss the issue, he ignored my complaints. Finally after some calls we were able to meet to discuss the damages. He agreed at that time to resolve the issues, when reporting back to fix the damage work, he continued to do more damage to my home. I immediately began to contact home and would never respond to any of my complaints. I later received a letter from this service provider that he had placed a lien on my property, complaining he would like to have work paid for and for me to forget about all the damages. He provided poor workmanship, very unprofessional, not responsive to any of my needs and an overall very mean spirited individual. He is wanting money for his work after providing nothing but damages to my property. I would never recommend him to anyone.
