Dan arrived right on time. He was neat in appearance, professional and pleasant to talk to. He got right to work and completed the job without any problems. He had good advice for what to do after the cleaning process. The rugs look great! I would recommend Daisy Fresh to everyone!

The owner of the company is very prompt in returning the phone calls. He was very courteous. He arrived at the appointment very promptly, and he worked quickly and was thorough.

Working with Dan from DaisyFresh was a wonderful experience. When we booked the appointment, he gave options as to time and date; he asked for a description of the work I wanted and gave a spot-on estimate of cost. When he arrived, he greeted me and our dog with courtesy and a big smile and asked to have a look at the sofa and rugs before he began. He went into detail about how and why he would clean the floor sample rug, told me that he thought he could get that ugly reappearing stain out of the living room rug and went back to his truck, hooked up a few things and got going. He worked hard the entire time he was here and when he was finished, I could not believe how great everything looked. The sofa, where our Golden Retriever spends much of his time, is cleaner than I ever thought it would be! All three rugs look fantastic. When it came time to pay the bill, Dan explained that he had left pads under the feet of our furniture-two different types by the way. Told me which rugs were not quite dry and what I could do to speed up the process and how long we should wait to use sofa and rug. I presented Dan with the 5% off Angie's List coupon. He went on to explain that he was in the process of changing his Angie's List coupon to 10% and took 10% off the bill! The entire experience was one of the most positive transactions of this type that I have encountered. I will certainly call Dan again.

When looking for a contractor to clean my carpets and chair, I received a few quotes from different companies. Although Daisy Fresh was competitive, my final decision to hire this company was based not only on my initial telephone conversation with Dan where his customer service was apparent, but also because of the outstanding reviews written by past customers on this website. On the morning of my schedule cleaning, Dan and his assistant arrived at my resisence a few minutes early! In person, Dan again was very friendly and professional, they started to get to work immediately, and completed the job in the time he quoted. Much care was taken with my property when they were cleaning the carpets (especially around heavy unmoveable furniture) and the chair was meticulaously cleaned. Everything looks fantastic and I will defintely use Daisy Fresh in the future. Family and friends were impressed with his work too, and I gladly passed on his information. I am truly a satisified customer!

They did a wonderful job. The work was wonderful. I had to keep telling them to wear the booties but they did keep obliging. The staff was very nice.

Another excellent job! I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and abundant stains! Dan does a great job! I'm amazed he gets out every stain and the carpets are essentially dry. You won't go wrong with Daisy Fresh.

I've hired several carpet cleaning companies over the past 20 years that I've lived in Hamburg, and some of them I've hired multiple times, but I can't say that I've had any real degree of rapport with anyone. Of course, in the case of the chain companies, I was never sure who would actually show up to do the job. There was one chain company I hired because I appreciated their TV commercial; however, the workers that showed up looked nothing like the clean, appropriately dressed representatives that I believed would show up at my door. I actually felt ill at ease around them; however, they did the carpet cleaning they were supposed to do, although it was obvious they wanted to hurry through it. It was just another job to them - I mean, it was a paycheck - the company is not theirs. When I needed the carpets and some upholstery cleaned this time around, I wanted something different than what I had previously experienced, so I sat down at the computer and headed to Angie's List. It didn't take me long to decide that Daisy Fresh was exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't sure I could get Daisy Fresh, though, because it's located probably 20 minutes from my place and I wasn't sure they traveled this far. I'm grateful he didn't mind. The reviews of Dan, the owner/operator of Daisy Fresh, were clear that this was a honest, hardworking man that I could trust and who would do his best as it was his own company he is building. Due to the reviews, I felt at ease with him - like I already knew him - by the time he showed up at my door. It wasn't until later that evening that I realized I had forgotten to give him the coupon toward payment of services that I had found. I contacted him the next day about it and he said he would write me a check for that amount and drop it in the mail, even though he didn't even have any proof that I really had a coupon. Great guy - smart business owner!

Firstly, Dan from Daisy Fresh returned my phone message/request very promptly. He then came and removed my three oriental rugs, cleaned them beautifully, then returned them. He was very professional as well as personable, and his price was in line with other estimates I got. I would definitely use Daisy Fresh again.

I have used Dan for carpet cleaning for many years. I would highly recommend him. He does great work, very consensus, pleasant to work with. moves furniture out of the way and makes the carpets look new. He started in the business working for his dad. If he is running behind he will call to let you know. His rates are very reasonable and there is no pressure from him for additional work. I just wish all of the contractors I have hired over the years were as good as him.

The overall experience was very pleasant and positive. Dan showed up on time, did an amazing job, and it was all very affordable. My kitchen floors looked completely different after they were cleaned and my couch looked brand new! I would definitely use this company again in the future.

The entire process took 3 months. Prior to our moving out of our home, Dan cleaned a small sofa on site. The movers covered it and moved it to storage. Dan came to our home on 2 occasions to pick up the rugs. One was covered by a heavy bed so he had to make two visits which was very accommodating to our needs. He stored them in his warehouse at no extra charge. We were ready to move into our new home next week, so I called Dan and he delivered them just in time to roll out before the furniture's arrival. Superlative cleaning and service!

Daisy Fresh owner Dan was wonderful and professional . Not only did he clean my carpets as expected, but he cleaned a carpet that I had been told by my previous cleaner was ruined and that would never come clean again. This was a 2 yr old stainmaster carpet that one year ago (when it was only 1 yr old) I noticed discoloration under my office mat and heavy soined traffic pattern. I had the carpet "cleaned" by another professional cleaner however they told me the mat has premanently discolored my carpet and the soiled area was too bad "it was that best he could do" Well I decided to try Daisy Fresh after I read their reviews. I was soo pleased when he completely cleaned my carpet. Looks like new. Also took out pet stains like they were nothing.

It took some time to set up the appointment but it was not bad in the end.

An amazing job! He got out stains I was positive were never coming out and the carpet was just damp when he left and dried right away. I absolutely will use him again.
