Very professional, would have them do work again in the future

The technician tried to sell me a service that did not make sense (Stop Leak) and a membership service for an ongoing fee that I would not consider in light of this experience. The fact that my compressor may have been damaged is the biggest negative. I don't understand when even after I questioned whether it was too cold he decided to turn on the system . Every other Angies List provider that I have used cancelled when the weather turned cold since the test could not be properly performed.

They were very professional and did a great job.

The response was only via mail on Angie's list. In the past, other service providers called. The tech performed the function as intended, but also seemed more interested in selling me other services and gave me information for replacement systems...that I don't need and did not ask for.

Very professional. He said we needed a new air filter which we already new and the cost was the same we would have paid to the company that did the installation. My husband was pleased with the service and felt he was very thorough and professional.

His determination was that I need a pound of Freon. He offered to do that for $255.00. He also advised that I may need a new system for more than $3000.00. After he left I had my usual service provider come out and they said that I did not need the Freon. I called them after the service and they never responded.

technician recommended some additional work be done but price was rather hight. My husband decided to do some research first and found out replacement part was very inexpensive and that labor charges would have been higher than expected. Our own HVAC company will replace for significantly less $ than quoted.

CHECKED COMPLETE UNIT, CLEANED THE OUTDOOR UNIT.TESTED UNIT TO BE SURE IT WAS RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND COOLING PROPERLY. CHAD IS A CREDIT TO HIS EMPLOYER AND I WOULD RECOMEND HIM AND TWIN AIR TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Unfortunatley I let the deal expire

As a retired contractor I have certain expectations from anyone who does work for me based on how I was taught to do business. Did you show up when you said you would...did you fully explain what you would be doing,why you were doing it and what it would cost(and openly allow for the fact that problems might arise and need to be addressed)...are you using quality products that you are fully confident standing behind...did you give me all the options involved and freely accept whatever choices I made...were you professional without being arrogant,efficient without being short-tempered and take control of your work area while you were here without being rude...did you clean up after yourself and ask for payment only after you were sure I was completely satisfied you had done what you were there to do...did you make an honest effort to ensure I had been convinced to contact you at the slightest evidence of a problem with your work or the products used? This outfit answered yes to all these questions. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

It was a fine experience. They did try to sell me an additional service package for a monthly fee.

They came within a week. There was no problem getting an appointment. There was no additional charge. The guy who came was Tommy. He was very good and very thorough. He explained everything to me. The good news was everything was in working order. I kept his card so that I could reach him if anything is needed in the future. He couldn’t have been nicer. He took his time and was very professional. He was prompt and his work was good. I got my money’s worth.

Our experience with Twin Air and Nate was excellent! We had a carbon monoxide leak in our home due to an issue with our boiler. At about 830 pm on 02/10/15, the Fire Department and National Fuel came to our house and our gas, boiler and water heater had to be shut off. The next day, I called Twin Air at about 8am and by 930am, Nate arrived at the house. He immediately got to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. He made sure to clearly explain the problem and the steps to resolve it. Our boiler is over 25 years old and I was anticipating a replacement. However, Nate did not try to upsell anything unnecessary and informed us that the boiler was in good condition for it?s age and we could continue to maintain it. This was a pleasant surprise to me since, a year earlier, another company advised me the boiler would need to be replaced ASAP. He also patiently answered all of our questions. He was able to restore our heat, fix the leak, fix a few other parts of the boiler and install a hard-wired carbon monoxide/fire detector. I am very happy with the service I received and would call them in the future for HVAC work. I highly recommend their services!

It went well. He let me know what I needed and provided me with a thorough explanition of the services that needed to be performed. He took a little while to complete the job, but he did come out the same day I called due to me having children at the house and no heat.

Service was very good. As soon as we purchased the deal online, a person from Twin Air called us very quickly and they were able to come in less than a week. The person who came was very nice and polite. He was dressed in a neat uniform. He spent a lot of time and explained to me about the furnace since it was kind of old. He showed me the corrosion and told me it would last this season. But there was no hard sell at all. He did give me a letter about a program in which you have to pay so much per month and you get free air conditioner tune up and free furnace tune up. He did not give me any information about new furnaces. What I was impressed was that there was no hard sell at all. He said to give a call if interested. We had to come out the second time through one of the big deal that we purchased and we were happy about that. Couple of weeks later, the furnace stopped working suddenly and we had them back. I called them around 7.30 in the morning and the guy was here after an hour we had called and showed us what was wrong. We were just very happy with them.

It turned out fine. Everything was good. He was very good. It was everything that I hoped for.

The repair was done quickly and explained well. I would recommend Twin Air to friends and family.

They did a tune-up on my existing furnace. I ended up buying a new furnace from them. They applied the amount that I paid for the tune-up toward the new furnace. They were fair, professional and very neat with the cleanup. They got the work done all in one day. It’s been working fine ever since.

He was quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Great person to represent this company!

Twin Air Heating and Cooling LLC arrived on time and ready and prepared to tackle my assignment.They were very professional and polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed with the process. I really loved the fact that they were able to show me before and after pictures and video of my ducts being cleaned,I don't know any other company at this time that offers this service especially with Great Reviews like Twin Air.The installation of the Media Air Cleaner also went Flawless.I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for Great Professional Service

He was chewing gum the whole time, and generally acted like a high school jock. Not very professional. He did however find the problems and present some rather pricy solutions. I opted to just fix it myself, at a savings of over $500 for some very simple electrical work...

I think they're terrific. They come when you call. They honor their agreements. Their work is topnotch. They're really good guys to deal with.

Reccommended to change the thermocoupler, and I had that done, They proactively made sure I got the work done and then there was a small issue afterward that was promptly addressed. They were very professional and courteous. I would call them again in a second for further service.
