Description of Work: I thought i was getiing more than just a visual check of my air conditioner. They looked at the furnace and outdoor AC unit, then left me with price quotes for preventive maintenance work that they could perform. For a 30 min visit and $40 charge, all i got was - your AC looks fine. Again, i assumed that i was getting an AC tuneup.
