Description of Work: The technician was absolutely great. He really knew what he was doing and went above and beyond his duties. They contacted me for a furnace checkup as part of the yearly plan and were here the same day. This is a great company, which I will absolutely use in the future and will recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: I initially called because there was no cold air coming from the air conditioner. the $39 seemed like a great price but by the time they left, I was talked into a $500 service. this was a mistake and don't believe it was needed. I was also told since I lived in Grand Island that it was very far for them to come out to my house. I wish I would have known it would be an issue before I paid for the service through Angie's List. Overall, my air conditioner works now but it certainly wasn't worth the $500

Description of Work: Purchased the Furnace Tune Up deal for $39. Technician was on time, friendly, and thorough. |Recently purchased house with 30+ year old furnace and wanted inspection before winter. He determined thermostat wire was faulty, and fan blower motor wasn't working properly also. Did not replace filter on furnace due to age. He also measured CO from the vent. |Based on his findings he said to not run the furnace at all that it was a safety hazard and get a whole new system. Which we did... with another company...

Description of Work: Our outdoor a/c unit was broken. The technician came out and did a work up for us, it turns out a mouse made a home in there this past winter so he was unable to repair. He was very professional, but seemed like a new technician and possibly a little inexperienced. However, he did try a few different methods before finally discovering the culprit. I would use them again for our HVAC needs. We may have them come out to test out our heating before the winter months really kick in.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned coil, Tested the AC operation and Freon level. |Replaced both starters. In order to get a 30% reduction in price I had to purchase a Gold membership which charges my credit card $21 per mo. |I should have paid the fee outright and not taken the membership which I will probably never use.
