Fantastic!
Description of Work: Needed new hvac system. From quote to signing contract Nick was straight forward answering questions and making recommendations. Current system was 20 yrs old and was not adequate to handle the addition to the house. We included duct cleaning in the contract. It was amazing to see before and after pictures of the ducts. The new install took a day and a half. Nick, Chad and Mike were great! Arrived on time, and everything was cleaned up on completion of the job. Highly recommend Twin Air.

Description of Work: I purchased an air conditioning tune up package.Nate was the serviceman. He was great. He did what he came to do but also answered all my questions I had and never got annoyed. He noticed I was missing a small part from my furnace and replaced it free of charge. He gently tried to sell me some extra things as I am sure they are supposed to do but I never felt pressured. When I do need anything for my heating or air conditioning I will definitely be using this company.

I had a great experience with Twin Air. The technician Nathan was very friendly and explained everything to me regarding my furnace tune up. He found an unsafe issue with my furnace and was able to correct the problem. He did not try and sell me any additional services. He also provided me with information on how to change my filters in the future. Thanks Twin Air!

My air conditioner wasnt working right. I called Twin Air Heating and Cooling to look at system. They came out on time and evaluated our air conditioner. Thats all it needed was to be cleaned and charged with refrigerant. It has been about 4 weeks and the system is working great now. The company was very proffesional and thorough. I would definitely call them again and will recommend them to my family. Great job guys. Thanks

I’ve used them in the past for my heating. They’ve replaced 2 furnaces. They are professional. They come highly recommended from BNI, Business Networking International. I know them through that networking group. It’s a big company. I’ve been using them for 5 years. They are very reasonable. They are very responsive as they did it the next day. I would use them again in the future.
