Climate King Heating Cooling and Duct Cleaning

$39.00 was a half price deal. This company kept me informed, came on time as scheduled after our terrible storm. Chad was the young man who preformed the check and he could not have been more professional and friendly. He impressed me and I hope all their employee's are up to his standard! My furnace is working great!

Our call was answered by a person, not a machine, who told us that a technician would call us soon. And he did - within a half hour. Nate offered to come by within a few hours, but as we were going out, we moved our appointment to the next morning. He arrived prompty, found the problem, fixed it, and explained it to us. He gave us tips on maintenance, and showed us how to turn on our humidifier - which we didn't know we had to do! Altogether a positive experience!

Very well. Contrary to the opinion of another provider it was determined that I did not need a furnace replacement. Gave solid reasons for opinion.

Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Inspected boiler and heating system, checked for carbon monoxide, made sure everything was working properly. Plan on using them again.

Happy with their service. Very Professional. I did ended up signing up for their yearly maintenance package which does get paid by itself with the added values.

The job was done as described. Boiler was checked and found in working order. My only complaint was I mentioned one of the bedrooms did not get heat. The tech told me I needed a new steam vent to solve the problem and it would cost 150.00. It seemed a little high. I was able to purchase the part at home depot for $8.48. And the valve was replaced in less than a minute. We use Angie's list to make sure we are not taken advantage of and the excessive charging makes me sad

It went very well. They were flexible and responsive around scheduling which was a challenge due to my schedule and an issue with the Angie's List messaging system. Once the appointment was scheduled they arrived on time and performed the service quickly. They provided some good recommendations around air filters and recommended service for the furnace, but weren't trying to hard sell any additional services. The technician was courteous and professional. I would use them and recommend them in the future.

Service was performed by Nate, one of the owners. He was able to schedule service for my desired date. Did all of the work that I expected. Made recommendations for replacement A/C and Furnace (at my request) - provided detailed information, but was not pushy at all. I was happy enough with his service during the visit that I subscribed to their annual maintenance program. Seemed like a good deal and probably will end up saving me a few bucks in the long run. I have had some frustration with other HVAC vendors over the last few years that either did not stand by their products or performed poor service. My experience with Twin Air Heating and Cooling was very positive and will continue to use them for my future HVAC needs.

It took them probably two weeks to schedule. There were no extra charges on top of the Big Deal. They just did what the Big Deal was for. They did not do anything additional or extra. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. I am not sure if I am going to use them again in the future.

I think everything went well, but I don't know, since I have not used the air conditioner yet.Before I do this again I will get more estimates.

They did a wonderful and great job. They originally told us that they couldn't get to us until June, and I asked them to cancel me from their list, but within two or three days they got us into. They have a monthly service plan and they did sell us on that because the service plan pays for itself for the repairs that we needed. They are courteous, I think that was the big thing, very nice and very personable. We had an experience with another company that if I call them, they will tell me that I should have a hundred dollars before we come out to your place, I didn't get any kind of that with Twin Air Heating and Cooling.

When I purchased the coupon I received an email, that helped me schedule my appointment. I was asked to suggest a couple of times that would be convenient, and they were able to come during one of those times. They arrived right on time ! Very pleasant. Went right to work, did all that needed to be done, as well as suggesting that I replace my furnace filter. I knew it was really dirty, but had not been able to find one. Nick ordered it and made an appointment to replace it. He also said he would check the air conditioning gas pressure (it was too cold the first day). They came back as agreed, charged me only for the filter, but no need for any other work. They did what they said they would, not surprises or extra charges. Honest and prompt. I will call them again, if I need any more work done.

They were very prompt and professional. I had a concern after they left and they responded to my call immediately and scheduled a date to check out my issue. I would use and recommend them again.

Excellent service. On time and very courtous. He did not try to sell me anything, or pitch an expensive service. He told me warning signs to watch out for on my AC unit, and tips on how to keep it running. I will have my maintenance done by Nathan and when it comes time to replace the system they will be my first call. A++++

Nate, one of the eponymous Twins, came to the house 3x. 1st visit to assess the heating system; 2nd visit to purge air from the system, install an automatic air purge valve and replace an ancient mercury-switch thermostat that had become completely unreliable with a new digital Honeywell device; 3rd visit was to tweek the system. It worked.

They have a very good service. He was very polite and answered the questions I had. Overall, it was a good experience.

A technician from Twin Air came to my house and inspected my duct work. He went over the duct cleaning process thoroughly and showed me a picture of what my ducts looked like on the inside. There was about an inch or two of dust and it was disgusting to think that my family and I were breathing that in the whole time. After he cleaned and sanitized my ducts he showed me the before and after pictures and it was amazing how clean they were. The dust was all gone. It has been a month since I had my ducts cleaned and come to find out the cause of my allergies was the dirty duct work. Now I feel better, breathe better and sleep better. Thanks Twin Air!

miHe was going to charge us 550.00 dollars 6o replace the electronic board. My husband and son got the handbook and trouble shooting and it took no parts and 10 minutes to fix.
