Description of Work: My elderly mother was overcharged by BML Contracting and for months they have been promising they would refund her money and to date they have not. I have spoken with them several times and they continualy make promises and never follow through. To add insult to injury they didn't finsih the job either but expected payment upfront. Now off to small claims court. Anyone who would take advantage of the elderly does't deserve your business.

+ -1 moreRun, Run, Run from this contractor. Please Google his name and see the list of people he has scammed!!! His work is not guaranteed. There is no warranty. WIVB-TV News 4 has even been involved in the past. He is a liar and a thief. The Better Business Bureau rates him and has given his business an F. My roof was leaking within 6 months. He did not use the material that he stated he was going to use on the roof. He had even shown me the materials but upon inspection he had lied. Upon inspection of the chimney, that wasn't even done correctly. The flashing wasn't installed correctly (no step flashing or counter flashing) to prevent the rain from just leaking down the chimney. The fact that you have to chase him around in order for him to return your phone calls proves he is unreliable. Sad.
Description of Work: Brian Lorenc replaced my roof and my flat roof. It started leaking within 6 months. Pictures and video tapes document the leaks. He was notified by certified mail which was eventually returned to me, since he refused to acknowledge the mail. And he refused to return multiple phone calls since he recognized the phone numbers. I eventually talked with him by phone (through a cell phone that he didn't recognize) and he stated he would have it repaired. He never did.
