+ -1 moreI needed some lock service done at our facility and called them approximately 6 times over the last year. No one ever called back to discuss the service or set up an appointment. I wound up using another locksmith in Plattsburgh.

+ -1 moreGreat, I was surprised they showed up on time.a very nice Gentleman replaced and rekeyed my locks. Was not charged an arm an a leg. Will use them again when needed.
