excellent quality workmanship. house is beautiful. only recommendation is that the builder use an excavator who does an equally fantastic job. I understand landscaping is on the homeowner, but the excavator should put stone around the perimeter of the home and make sure it does not have any wash away issues, which when you have exposed dirt is a big issue.

I put zero amount for cost as I do not wish to share this information. James Moeller was highly recommended by several references. This building addition included some nice Craftsman style features such as a porch with columns, stone facade and two tone siding. As a second homeowner, I was nervous about not being on site to oversee the project. Mr Moeller was outstanding in planning, scheduling, performing all work on time frame and excellent quality of work. He provided pictures as work progresses as I was not there. He was right on budget with pricing. I have no hesitation with using him again and his reputation was just as the references promised. A professional man who does professional work. Work included exterior and insulation, sheet-rock, Spackle. I did electrical and heat, will finish interior trim, paint.

Site inspected & measured, quote given in writing & in person. Deposit given, installation date set. Arrived on scheduled day & time in clean truck. Floor in bathroom protected before beginning work, job completed within 2 hours. Complete & thorough cleanup, not a speck of construction work anywhere. Very polite, knowledgeable & professional.
