Norman came to our house to assess a serious bat problem in our attic. He was incredibly thoughtful and was clearly focused on solving the problem, not on proposing work to be done. Given his level of expertise, his consulting/visit fee felt like an amazing deal. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We called Norman for snakes and mice in our house. He went THAT day and cleared everything out as well as checked every room. He left the house with a note and a task list of things we can do on our end to ensure we don't get any more snakes and since he has been there we haven't seen anything else for the first time in years. HIGHLY recommend. We have used 2 other services and have switched to Norman full time.

Quick and easy, they knew where to look.

I hired Critterex to trap and remove groundhogs that had burrowed under the cement foundations of three buildings on our property, to fill the burrow openings (about eight of them) made by the groundhogs, and to place an underground fence barrier around two of the buildings to prevent the groundhogs from returning. The trapping of the groundhogs went well and the Critterex crew was diligent in giving me up-dates on the progress. When one groundhog proved a bit more difficult to trap, the crew wasn't fazed and continued the trapping until they were confident that all of the groundhogs had been trapped and that there was no more activity in the burrows. Then all of the unsightly burrow openings made by the groundhogs were filled and closed up nicely by the Critterex crew -- it looked like the groundhogs had never been there! I was very impressed with the careful work the crew did digging around the concrete foundations of the buildings in order to bury fencing to keep the groundhogs out. (See photos of this phase of the project.). Both Norman and Adele are very knowledgable about humane wildlife removal and how to prevent the wildlife from returning. They are professional and organized and do exactly what they say they'll do. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Critterex again.

They were very thorough , price was reasonable and did the work quickly. they work around my schedule which I appreciated. The work was good and clean.

It was great. Everything went exactly how they said it would. They came, examined the attic, removed the squirrels and sealed it off. You cannot tell they were ever here. Very professional.
