+ -1 moreIt went well, when speaking to the salespersons, but not at all thereafter. Sears, frequently ignores inquires and customer concerns.
Description of Work: Zero service, no service! That is the problem! I requested, in person to speck with the store manager about a cercon I had. The store manage, I was told was in a meeting. I left my contact information, nothing. That was over a year ago.
