First off I received several calls just by inquiring on home advisor. Steven was my second call. Steven came and was prompt and courteous and very respectful of my property. His inspection was inside and outside of my home and he explained along the way. . His price was reasonable. Before he left he walked us Thru his very detailed report and sent it.
