My first home inspection! Steven came early and already had inspected the outside of the home. He was more than comfortable explaining what he saw and seemed to have strong knowledge on foundation, heating systems, and roofing in particular. His review was thorough and in such a big house he caught all the major issues. Only a few times we nearly missed something because it wasn't the exact window we tested, for example, and there were a few times a family member knew a little more on a subject but that is just a life experience thing. The report was available immediately. Would use again!

Recently we had an opportunity to have our bid accepted for a new home on the market. Competition was strong and we placed a serious bid that was accepted contingent on a quick inspection followed by signing a purchase contract.
