Steve was an HR early to which allowed him ample time to focus and deliver inspections of the exterior facade and structure. He definitely Dots the i's and crossed all his T's. He goes the extra mile checked all outlets, walls for water damage with moisture meter in hand. All home appliances, plumbing , heating electrical to boiler from top to bottom. And his report was done at end of inspection and emailed it to me with detail images of the areas of concern. And ideas how to fix. His experience and peaceful demeanor shine through.
