Knowledgeable, friendly, willing to remove shoes in the house, prompt, and thorough. He shared everything he found with me as he went along, and then showed me the report as soon as he was finished. Report was completed and sent before he left the premises. Rates were reasonable. Would recommend.

Mr. Steven Holtz, PE, was prompt, professional, thorough and explained everything in layman's terms. He was very responsive regarding a quote for our home inspection and was available within a few days to come by. He came early and took two hours to inspect every part of the house, inside and out. He took his time, explaining along the way any issues he encountered and took pictures for his report. When possible he went over potential solutions to problem areas and pointed out quite a few we were unaware of. He was a pleasure to deal with and has very reasonable rates. He emailed us the inspection report at the end of the meeting and offered to be of further service if we had any follow up questions or concerns regarding his report. We would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a home inspection.

I hired Steve for a home inspection of a house we are purchasing. I met him and my agent at the site. Steve was the first to arrive. He described what he was going to do and invited me to shadow him so he could describe each finding and what it means. He then completed a thorough inspection. He went the extra step of Gerry-rigging a stepladder and pull down staircase to gain access to the attic when a car in the garage blocked the stairs from unfolding. He delivered a complete report, with photos that described, in detail, his findings. Steve also completed a termite inspection/report for an additional $100 (not included in the pricing information provided)
