chimney sweep
+ -1 moreThey said they couldn't do the work because our chimney cap hood screws were sealed/covered with silicone and they didn't want to risk damaging the cap. I was disappointed that I couldn't have them do the work since I got a really good feeling about the owner, who was part of the crew that showed up to do the job. He advised me to bring back the other company I usually use since they are the ones who put the silicone on the screws.
