Creative Design Ceramic Tile & Bath

I own a small condo and had a leaking bathtub. Carmine gave me a fair price and Carmine Jr did a wonderful job putting the new tiles up. The bathtub is perfect for my needs. There wasn’t a lot of space for his tools and supplies. And they were very considerate with where they put things. I would highly recommend them and hope to have future projects with them.

Carmine, Carmine Jr. and Johnny did an amazing job turning our outdated and dysfunctional kitchen into a beautiful, timeless classic. If you are looking for a contractor... Please. Stop. Here. You will be wasting your time if you look any further! This is the second home renovation project Carmine Argano and Creative Design have completed for me, and they are AMAZING! Stellar in craftsmanship, true pride in their work, and integrity beyond measure. In a world that seems to fall short of anyone you can trust these days, you can trust Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John to take care of you with your best interest at heart. This fall, Carmine finished my kitchen reno in FIVE DAYS! He gutted walls, laid floors, put in cabinets, and even took the liberty to add a bit of crown molding to the top of the cabinets to give it that finished look (free of charge!). He found tile for me, personally walked with me through the granite yard, and bargain hunted quality flooring with me online. (Yes, he does this for every customer.) During the renovation, Carmine discovered the connective plumbing from my upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen was not done properly. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite some time. Without distressing me at work, Carmine simply went to work. He purchased new PVC pipe, sealed it properly, took initiative to find the extra ceiling tiles in my basement, replaced the ruined ones, and gave me instructions on how to look for overnight leakage before he reclosed the wall the next day. Carmine could have taken advantage of the situation, he could have misled me, and he certainly could have deferred the job, but he didn’t. He was honest and fair. I wish I could say the project ended with a tidy bow after those five days, but it did have a hiccup, and NOT to Carmine and Creative Design’s fault. The promised appliance delivery from the outside vendor was delayed… and delayed… and delayed over the next SEVEN MONTHS! I have to tell you… Carmine acted as the middleman on my behalf for the entire time. He called the vendor. He called the supplier. EVERY WEEK he would make a phone call to someone to check on delivery status and make sure my appliances were not forgotten. Of course, I had the option to cancel the order and upgrade my purchase for a faster guaranteed delivery, but I was on a tight budget and Carmine understood and respected that. Piece by piece the appliances came in. When he was able, Carmine would meet the delivery at my door and make sure to inspect the appliance before it was signed for and accepted. I don’t know what else to say about Carmine and Creative Design except that you will not find anyone better. Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John are the most dependable and trustworthy people in the field. You cannot go wrong by choosing them.

Creative Design did amazing work and was wonderful to work with. There was so much work to be done and Carmine and his crew took care of every aspect of it, from replacing windows to laying new hardwood to stone selection for the vanity to electrical to painting. They were helpful and accomodating to our changes to plans. All this while getting the project done in less time than we had originally anticipated. I'd definitely recommend them and I will be calling them the next time I need work done in my house.

They did the job perfectly without going over the proposal. I can't say enough nice things about them. They were never late and were done a day sooner. Carmine and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend them.

This was our first experience with Creative Design and I cannot express enough how happy we are with Carmine and his crew! Top quality workmanship!! When we first met Carmine Sr, we knew this was the company to use for our bathroom remodel. He listened to all our concerns and explained everything in detail. Results were more than we could have expected. We had a budget to stick to, Carmine did his best to work with us in that respect. He has a great eye for maximizing the usage of space. His ideas were on point. His crew was very professional and did great work. Someone that really loves what he does.

This was our second time using Creative Tile for a bathroom renovation. Fabulous! I was kept informed of the progress daily. When a problem was discovered that required an additional to repair I was given options as to how to proceed. The process was professional, Carmine Jr. and John were pros and took ever measure to clean up daily at the end of the day. Carmine Sr and his team did a fantastic job with my new bathroom. I especially enjoyed my new rain shower system. Carmine Jr and John came every day and on time. They are friendly and fun to talk to. The job was handled professionally,from initial contact to finish. Carmine was a pleasure to work with. He provided assistance with tile selection and finishing details.

It took eight business working days with no bathroom. It looks nice. But there are some flaws. The new shower head that was installed squirts water from one of the joint connections on to the ceiling. There is a rough patch behind the bathroom door that did not get sanded down to smoothness before painting. It is very noticeable. The molding that was put up was not properly fitted at all the corners. The plumbing is not working correctly from the toilet bowl. There was a very limited selection of toilets,bathtubs, and sinks, since he only uses home depot. He chose things I did not like. So I picked out what I liked and had it installed. I expected a little better for the amount of money I paid.

Excellent. Carmine and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a real go-to professional.He and his crew were responsive, neat, timely, respectful, and work was artfully done. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. Would definitely hire Carmine and his crew again.

Amazing bathroom renovation! This was actually the third bathroom renovation we hired Creative Design to do (second house, third bathroom). This was also the largest project to date. The bathroom was completely gutted, new tile, new sheetrock, new fixtures, moved the sink, added lighting, etc... We appreciate all the time and attention we were given during the planning phase and how smoothly the project was completed. We love our new bathroom!

I honestly cannot say enough on behalf of Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John from Creative Design Ceramic Tile & Bath: gentlemen of integrity, professionalism, and pride in their work. A complete bathroom renovation beautifully crafted in 4 1/2 days! This is the team of distinction you have been looking for. From start to finish Carmine Sr. was thorough and detailed, yet conscientious to stay within my modest budget. With his experience and expertise, he made the process of renovation easy and stress-free. Many above and beyond details were offered that other contractors did not: a list of suggestions from shower heads to tile to vanity--complete with store and item numbers; ALL materials needed for the job were picked up; the COMPLETE job from plumbing to painting was done by these three men, alone. When unexpected snags in renovation arose Carmine was communicative and ready with solutions. Beyond the job itself, the team was meticulous with detail: Carmine went through 8 different stains to match new bathroom molding with the rest of the house. My vanity only came with a back-splash (no side-splash), so he cut the bath tile in decorative ways for a finished back and side splash, then utilized the original vanity back-splash for the apron of the bathroom door. The frame of the bathroom door was repaired, however the size of wood needed was no longer made. Instead, Carmine planed and sanded down new pieces to fit perfectly. The team took such care of my home each day in laying down tarps for work, superb at cleaning up each evening, and they even noticed a needed home improvement in my KITCHEN and took the initiative to fix it with drywall and molding--free of charge! This kind of care is absolutely unheard of these days. Carmine Sr. was such a man of honor-- extra tile and stain, all unaccounted for extra materials needed, including labor--I was not "nickel and dimed" for. To feel the need to give-back to a "company" hired should speak volumes to any person looking to hire a company. Personally speaking, I look forward to working with Carmine and crew on my next home-improvement project. Well done, gentlemen!

I emailed Carmine about remodeling our bathroom. He called me back within 24 hours to discuss what I sent him. He was very patient and answered many questions my husband and I had regarding various materials we were considering using. We made an appointment for him to come out and take a look at the bathroom. He arrived on time and took measurements. He then walked us through each item of the bathroom, discussing what we were looking for and giving expert advice from his years of experience. He showed a lot of passion and attention to detail and my husband and I were very impressed with his professionalism. He spent two hours answering our questions and discussing the renovation process. The same evening, Carmine sent us out a summary of the work that will be done. We are very confident that Carmine and his crew are going to do an amazing job on the bathroom due to his excellent reviews and his extensive knowledge and experience. We are looking forward to the upcoming renovation and will give an update on the work completed.

Carmine's estimate was the second most competitive out of 4 I received. He was incredibly responsive via phone, text and email at all times and walked me through the materials that I needed to pick out and purchase prior to the start of work, even compiling online shopping lists at Home Depot and Lowe's which I followed exactly. His son, Carmine Jr., and his colleague, John, showed up on time every day of work (which actually finished a day early) and worked hard to the end of their day. The finished product is excellent, looks fantastic and even my handyman, who was on site doing another project, was impressed with their workmanship. I have 4 other bathrooms in this house that all need work and I intend to call Carmine again without hesitating. So happy I went with these guys.

Carmine had done all my bathrooms and Kitchen a couple of years back. Last year a few days before Thanksgiving the faucet in my kitchen started to leak badly. I called Carmine and he was very helpful. He helped me get a new faucet and then came and repaired it despite the fact that he was a very busy. I just told him that my children were coming and having no kitchen facility was like a nightmare. He came as God sent and dependable. I really appreciate his help, that too, at a for a modest charge. Carmine, Carmine, Jr., and John did an excellent job in completely renovating our guest bathroom. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and patient (I changed my mind 3 times with the paint color, and they patiently obliged me each time they had to repaint). Price was very fair. Carmine made the whole process easy, meeting us at the place to select the vanity and quartz top, then taking us over to a tile store. He helped us make our selections from a design, practical, and price standpoint. He was receptive to any design ideas, and made suggestions as well. He helped select all of the fixtures, ordered them, and brought them with him to the job. The whole crew was very friendly and easy to work with. The work was first-rate. You could tell they all took pride in their work, and customer satisfaction was most important to them. Highly recommend and would definitely use again (including renovating our kitchen).
