Brightway Window Cleaning and Powerwashing

The gentleman arrived on time to give an estimate. I was looking to have my entire house, patio, walkway, and shed power washed. The estimate was thorough and I was told I would be contacted the next day with the estimate. However, I was not and had to call two days later for the price. The price quoted was higher than I anticipated but I felt it was still fair. I went with another company that came in under Brightway's price, but I would be open to using Brightway in the future for work I needed.

They did quick work. We were very happy with them. They were excellent. I would use them again in the future.

They were on time, spent the whole day and did a wonderful job. The roof has never looked better and the house looks like it was newly painted. We are still waiting on the deck fixing and painting.

Today, the day of the appointment, he called to confirm. He called me later and created a lie to miss the appointment. He told me that he had other jobs to do today. I believe this is just an excuse so he could service his other customers. We agreed on a price, he canceled, he asked me if I wanted to reschedule, and I will not use them again. I don't have time to reschedule, I am a professional and took a day off just for him. This company is completely unreliable.

It went really well. We had a certain kind of mold that was leaving a black stain on the roof. They came and sprayed it off and the roof looks brand new. I felt that the price was reasonable. We had other people looking and they were saying we would have to replace the roof. They used a low pressure because we have an asphalt shingle roof and if you have too high pressure you can wash off the pebble finish and just leave the tar paper. He knew what he was doing. He knew what chemical combination to use and to use a low pressure. It worked. When I first called them, the estimator came out the next day. They were really busy so we scheduled it for about 10 days later. The guy showed up on time and later that day they called to make sure everything was okay.

Their service was fine. They did a good job. They were efficient with their job.

Power-washing was just OK. Nice guy, but he missed some spots and didn't lighten the aged wood as much as I had hoped. Window cleaning was sloppy: Those that were cleaned were OK, but worker skipped 2 doors (with glass windows) and two other windows. Owner had said "screens would be cleaned.' They weren't. Basically a half-a**ed job. They never called back about the staining job we had discussed. Just as well, as I would not hire this company again.

They were a bit difficult to schedule, but responsive when I called them. They were able to do the job without me being home, which I appreciated from a scheduling perspective. They used a cleaning approach which did not damage any of the surrounding landscaping, which was great. The roof came out well - not completely clean, but certainly much much better than it was. They also cleaned moss from my sidewalk - this looked fine for a little while, but came back relatively quickly due to my sprinkler system, I believe. Overall, I would use them again.

They arrived earlier than stated time and got right to work.

Sean was very thorough and went over and above. He was friendly, honest (first work man that ever had his insurance company directly fax his insurance proof to me), diligent, and professional. I would definitely use him again.
