+ -1 moreI called John for his service and told him my problem when I was looking to reinstall a new thermostat. He was able to walk me through the issue and tell me the one wire that needed to be fixed to resolve the issue. I did not pay for his service, but John was kind and professional and helped me resolve my issue on an especially hot and humid August day.
