asbestos removal
+ -1 moreHe left a little asbestos residue on the basement floor and for $700.00 told us that he'll come back and remove the rest of the abestos and bring his Vac. He told us that he didn't bring his vac because the job was a lot bigger job than he had anticipated. Additional money spent for proper cleanup.
Description of Work: We needed asbestos removed from a boiler pipe in order for National Grid to replace a part. National Grid would not commit to making a replacement, until the asbestos was removed from one particular pipe. We called AAA Abco under the recommendation of an acquaintance who said this person also does asbestos removal, and since it wasn't a major project, this guy would be good. One of the biggest mistakes that we've made was not joining Angie's list first to do further investigation and research on this company. It's very important to have someone who specializes in asbestos removal and not as a subdivision of their business.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY DO AN ADEQUATE JOB. THEY GET THE JOB DONE. THEY PUT OUT THE BAIT, AND WE DON'T HAVE ANY CRITTERS RUNNING AROUND. THEY DON'T NORMALLY SHOW UP ON TIME.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND PUT OUT TRAPS, BAIT AND SPRAYED.

+ -1 moreWE CALLED FOR AN INSPECTION FOR TERMITES. THE INSPECTOR SAID WE DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM AT THIS TIME BUT SUGGESTED WE DO A PREVENTIVE TREATMENT. WE FOLLOWED THE ADVICE AND THE SPRAYING WAS DONE.
