Description of Work: He arrived, fairly estimated the work then found out he could not start work because of our crazy HOA associations rules about his truck not being insured for a crazy $1000000! He was insured for $500,000. Only large home developers are insured for $1.000.000 or more so it seems nobody but larger firms can work small repairs on our condo! It'll cost us an arm and a leg to get this fixed now. DD Handyman Service tried to work with our HOA to no avail! I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services to anybody! Very polite, sincere and honest. Thank you!

+ -1 moreHis prices are reasonable and he is very careful with his work. He does nice work and he can do quite a number of different things. He does a little bit of this and a little bit of that but mostly what he has done for me is painting and small fix ups around the house. The price varies and he is doing some internal painting for me in a small room. He is doing the ceiling, trim and walls and that is going to be $300 including the paint and everything. It depends on what he is going to do and the size of the room. He is not really cheap or expensive but he is in the mid range. He always responds and gets back to you. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time but he eventually gets back to you. His punctuality might not be the best because of the nature of the job. He might be doing 2-3 jobs at one time. He can’t always get here when he says he would get here but he is pretty good most of the time.
