Professional, pleasant and friendly. They got the job of repairing my sprinkler system in a timely manner. They also took the time to review use of the system. Price seemed very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will use them again yearly to blow out the lines for the winter season.

Did not show up - twice. No one showed up to original appointment. When I called, said the previous appointment got delayed. I rescheduled for the next morning but an hour before the appointment, got a call from them asking if we could reschedule due to the rain. So rescheduled again for later in the afternoon but no one showed up without any notice. I had a good experience last year when winterizing but very disappointed. Once can be understandable but no show without notice twice in a row...

I hired Osorio to winterize my sprinkler system. The needed to cancel the 1st appointment due to rain, but were able to reschedule in a very timely manner. They were right on time and the appointment was quick.

Will and his helper arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and result oriented. I had a burst pipe done by another contractor when they did lawn aeration. The burst would have prevented the proper winterization of our sprinkler system. Instead of trying to rip me off, like some other contractors in the business would have unfortunately done, they fixed on site for a reasonable fee and completed the sprinkler system winterization. I am happy to recommend this contractor and will certainly continue using them as primary as long as they continue doing a good job, be professional and not try to take advantage of me! Thank you.
