I called Osorio Irrigation to come out and give use an estimate for installing a irrigation system in our lawn. We only needed part of our lawn done. We had 3 estimates done and not only was Will the first one to come out but also came in with the lowest estimate by a few hundred dollars. They completed the work in one day working late into the evening. I was set up with 5 different zones with a timer that gave our well a 1/2 hour rest in between waterings. We'll probably add to the system in the spring because of the results we've had this summer. Not only was the system installed in the middle of the summer(the other contractors told us to wait until fall) the service after the sale has been incredible. We've had a few questions about the system and some minor adjustments had to be made. We contacted Will by text and received an immediate response from him. The crew came out that day, after work, and addressed our issue. I highly recommend Will and his crew and look forward to working with him next spring to finish up the additional system i'd like to install.

Osorio Irrigation provided all required documentation necessary to pull a permit with my town making for a completely painless process. One of the ball valves installed had a slow drip and Will came back the very next day to remedy the issue. I couldn't be happier with the quality service provided by this company.

Will came immediately after I contacted him. He provided an estimate which was $1500 less than the other company and the work he performed was terrific. The irrigation system has worked well so far and our neighbor used him as well once he saw our home. I have recommended him to my other neighbor who will be using him as well. Highly recommended!

The crew were on time and worked non-stop to complete installing the sprinkler system. The system works very well. The only issue is that the area where the ground was cut for the underground pipes is not smooth enough and the grass is half dead.

Dealing with Osorio Irrigation was a great experience. Wil was very responsive to my initial inquiry and showed up exactly when he said he would for the estimate. He gave me a printed-out quote with informational materials in a folder before leaving my home that day which was quite impressive! He also made sure that all of my questions were answered. I then had some scheduling issues on my end, but Wil graciously accomodated them and was able to schedule the install on the date I requested. The installation of the system went very well and afterwards Wil walked me through the programming step by step and made sure I understood how to use the system. I had a couple of questions after they left the property and I had paid (the exact price quoted by Wil) and Wil got back to me IMMEDIATELY which I was very impressed by and, really says a lot about his character. Finally, the system works great and my grass looks better than ever by a wide margin! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Osorio Irrigation. Many thanks to Wil and his crew for a job well done!

Very professional. After completion of project, everything was properly racked out and packed down. Except for blue sprinkler head area marking flags you would never know the were here. Very impressed!
