Lane Building, Inc. is a full service remodeling contractor with over 32yrs experience. What makes Lane Building different is the owner Brian Lane will meet with you to discuss your project, prepares a detailed estimate, and is on the job working each day. Our area's of expertise are framing, siding, cabinets, wood flooring, tile floors and walls, and finish carpentry. We have some of the highest qualified sub contractors to complete any portion of the project that we don't do ourselves, we will manage and schedule them. Our goal is to make your remodeling project run smoothly from start to finish, while keeping the project on schedule and clean each day.

The job was completed in the most efficient and satisfactory manner. I was completely satisfied with the results. I'm also very satisfied with the proposal and progress Lane Building is making with the plans and work to replace my garage.
Description of Work: While completing plans with Lane Building to replace my 45 year old garage with a 2 car/truck garage with large storage area, I had to meet some changes required by the TOP Fire inspector at another house, I was able to have Lane Building make the changes necessary to meet the fire inspector's requirements that same day. I think the service was completed in the most efficient and satisfactory manner. I was pleased with the results.

The project went smoothly from start to finish. Brain prepared a detailed estimate of the work to be completed. The job started when promised and finished when promised despite having to deal with inclement winter weather. The job came in right on estimate too. I could not be happier with the final product as well as the professionalism and integrity of the Lane Building team.
Description of Work: Brian, and his team from Lane Building, Inc. rebuilt the front porch of my home. The home is vintage 1840 and is governed by the local Historic Society. This contractor did an outstanding job in replicating the intricate details of the porch and trim. The restoration included rebuilding deck flooring and replacing steps, intricate detailed railings, columns and supports.
