My daughter's water heater pilot light has been a frequent problem and after many local repairs (not by Kulk's) we decided on a Saturday night to replace the 10 year old unit with a new, larger one after it failed once again. Slow response from big box DIY stores on Sunday. Kulk's Plumbing & Heating contacted us Sunday AM based on the request to Home Advisor on Saturday night, quoted a very competitive price over the phone, reviewed pictures and dimensions of our installation via text and had the new unit installed before noon on Monday. Quick response, great weekend coordination, competitive price, old heater removed, top quality new Bradford White unit installed. When you live more than 3 hours away in Pennsylvania and your daughter in Fishkill has no hot water it's REALLY comforting working with an honest, responsive firm that installs high quality products.

Rich of Kulk Plumbing came out in a snow storm to fix an emergency situation. A disk clogged our toilet which required removal of the toilet to clear the blockage. Rich was in and out in a timely manner and fixed our problem.

I had an old clay sewer line replaced. It was broken in two different locations between the house and the city sewer. Complicating the repair was a brick foundation on top of the sewer line and a 100 year old tree. John Kulk ran a new sewer line connecting to the city sewer on the west side of the house vs. the old line to the north. His repair resolved all of my sewer and water issues for a fair price. He and his crew were professional and knowledgeable. The work although taking several days, caused only minor interruption of services to residents of the building. John Kulk was we’ll equipped to handle this job both in equipment and knowledge. I would highly recommend his company.

No complaints with service.

Service was very prompt and professional. Roots were cleared from the sewer line and then the line was checked with a camera. He took the time ti explain what he was seeing in the line. Rich suggested some periodic maintenance. He did not try to sell a much more expensive replacement of the whole line. I would recommend this company.

Thanks to John from Kluk's Company of LaGrangeville for probably saving me over five thousand dollars had I taken other advice to install a completely new sewer line from my house to the street. A competent job checking sewer line by television camera, locating its position by ground sonar and simply clearing an obstructed sewer line at reasonable cost. Good familiarity with the equipment needed. Kluk's work done honestly and with integrity. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Efficient, knowledgeable, responded quickly and showed up when he said. Actually called to say he'd be coming an hour earlier! Highly recommend

The plumbing staff of Kulk's Plumbing and Heating were excellent workers and a pleasure to do business with. The project was done in a timely and professional manner and we were very pleased with the results. We appreciated their efforts and wouldn't hesitate to use them for our next project.

John missed my emergency call for a plugged drain on his voicemail in the evening, Nevertheless, when I called him again in the morning, he was here within 15 minutes. He quoted his standard price for cabling the drain as soon as he got here, and had his equipment running in just a few minutes, in spite of having to haul it over an unplowed driveway. Took two tries -- first one landed up with the cable going out the vent pipe, but the second one worked. Obstruction was over 20 feet down, and around two or three sharp bends. What a relief when I heard the water flushing out! He's my go-to guy in the future!

Excellent Job! Professional to a T! They went over and above to do their job. They went to the manufacturer for advice on how to install it and saved my warranty! Will recommend them to everyone! Their pricing was fair and that was VERY important to me and that's what convinced me to hire them.

Very professional called him after 10pm and he called me back immediately and was here 1st thing in the morning. It took him a good 3 hours on a Saturday to unclog the line and he had to run the camera and showed me all the roots. He cleaned up everything. His price was more than fair. I will recommend him to my friends.

I had a hard time with other plumbers being willing to give a free estimate and giving a clogged drain much of a priority. When I saw that Kulk's Plumbing and Heating's website specified they do the big and small jobs, I called them. John from Kulk's gave me an estimate that was lower than the one estimate that another service bothered to give me, and understood that a small house with one bathroom makes a clogged tub more of a priority. They did the job quickly and completely, and made payment for me, an off-site landlord, very simple and after the fact. This is who I will call for the next big job that comes up!
