John was very professional and helpful with other suggestions, such as how I could empty dehumidifier water into the drainage in the basement--a thing I did not know before. He also recommended a water pressure monitor from Home Depot, which I will this week.

Saturday morning my water well pump stopped working. Almost immediately after I entered the repair request in www.Home Advisor.com I received call from Kulk's Plumbing and soon they came to my property. He called to Plumbing Supply and negotiated that Sunday morning he will pick the new pump. They changed the pump fast and with a good quality. Sunday afternoon everything was finished and I had a water in my house. Very professional and customer friendly guys. Next time when I will need a plumber I will definitely call them again

John was the only plumber that responded on a Sunday to a situation I had with my well system. He completed a thorough set of tests to isolate the problem, explained the issue and presented two approaches to correct the problem. During the repair work there were several challenges which John dealt with quickly and professionally. He went above and beyond what was in his statement of work. John is a trustworthy professional providing dependable service at a fair price.
